How Booking Works

Look, it's pretty straightforward. Each class shows available spots in real-time. When you see a number, that's how many spots are left. Classes fill up fast - especially the morning and evening slots - so don't wait around if you want in.

Class Notes

  • All classes are exactly 30 minutes - we start on time, so show up 5 minutes early to get set up
  • First-timers get a free orientation session before their first class (just ask at the front desk)
  • If you can't make it, cancel at least 3 hours ahead so someone on the waitlist can grab your spot
  • Bring water and a towel - we've got extra if you forget, but they're not free
  • Weekend classes tend to be more chill, weekday mornings and evenings are where the hardcore crew shows up
